Natalie Hess (she/her) - Clinical Psychologist, Couples & Sex Therapist

My Approach

Connection – Growth – Empathy

In my work as a couples therapist, I focus on fostering connection and creating a safe space where you can explore and openly share your needs and desires. An encounter shaped by openness and curiosity enables both personal and mutual growth. You decide which topics are important to you and what you would like to bring into therapy. I support you with honesty, empathy, guidance, mediation, and meaningful impulses—meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

As a psychologist, I also support you through difficult phases that may be shaped by mental health challenges and impact your relationship dynamics. With my training as a systemic sex therapist, I provide a safe space to address even challenging or sensitive topics.

In my practice, you are welcome – just as you are. This includes all sexual identities, orientations, and relationship forms. Therapy can be conducted in either German or English.

Reviews

"Through her gentle and insistent practice of mirroring back to us what she heard us say and making sure she understood correctly, she helped us hear each other in a whole new manner - more openly, more empathetically and definitely with more curiosity. We thank Natalie dearly for being a witness and companion to our relationship through such a crucial time."

„Working with Natalie has been a privilege: It has felt both transformative and as though we were being held by a companion and friend. Natalie accompanied us for nearly a year, from when we had just become parents to now fully embracing the new couple and family dynamic that has come with our daughter's birth. She saw us through big role shifts within our relationship, individual ups and downs and helped us uncover some old patterns we had been dragging along."
